You can use GeoGebra to draw inscribed and central angles. 
     GeoGebra Instruction 1
Algebra     View     and         Graphics     View     under         View     in         Menu.         GeoGebra     by         following         GeoGebra     Instruction         1         from         this         entry.         You         should         get         a         circle         with         center         A,         and         a         point         B     located         on         your         circle.         Point     on     Object C.         BC.         Select         Angle B,         A     and         C,         in         that         order.         BC.         Draw         a         point         on         your         circle         which         is         not        on         the         arc                using         Point     on     Object Angle B—the         point         you         just         drew—and         C,         in         that         order. Draw a couple more inscribed angles. You’ll see that every inscribed angle subtended by the arc will always be half of the central angle!
